Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern all bookings and rentals with Party Bus Limo Dallas. By submitting a booking deposit, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and all passengers in your group.
Reservations and Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your date and vehicle.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before the event date.
- Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received and written confirmation is issued.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 14 days before the event: deposit is forfeited; no additional charges.
- 7 to 14 days before the event: 75% of total rental fee is charged.
- Less than 7 days before the event: 100% of total rental fee is charged.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or text) to be valid.
Rescheduling
One complimentary rescheduling is permitted with at least 14 days notice, subject to vehicle availability. Additional rescheduling requests or changes within 14 days may incur a $150 change fee.
Overtime
The agreed rental period includes up to 15 minutes of grace time for loading and unloading. Time beyond the contracted end time is billed at the vehicle standard hourly rate, rounded to the nearest 30 minutes, and charged to the card on file.
Minimum Rental Period
All vehicles require a minimum rental of 4 hours. Prom and school-related events require a minimum of 6 hours.
Vehicle Substitution
In the rare event that the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical failure or emergency, Party Bus Limo Dallas reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity. If no suitable substitute is available, a full refund will be issued.
Passenger Count
The passenger count confirmed at booking is the maximum permitted. Overcrowding a vehicle is prohibited by Texas transportation law.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments. Cash and bank transfers are accepted without surcharge. Returned payments are subject to a $50 returned payment fee.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
