Safety Policy and Disclaimer

The safety and enjoyment of every passenger is our top priority. By booking or boarding a Party Bus Limo Dallas vehicle, all passengers agree to the following policies.
Passenger Conduct
- All passengers must comply with the chauffeur instructions at all times.
- The chauffeur has authority to terminate a trip immediately if passenger conduct poses a safety risk, without refund.
- Fighting, threatening behavior, or any illegal activity will result in immediate removal and trip termination.
- Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion unless using a designated dance area.
Alcohol Policy
Texas law permits the consumption of alcoholic beverages inside a licensed limousine or party bus. The following rules apply:
- All passengers consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued ID may be required.
- For events involving guests under 21 (prom, quinceañeras, Sweet 16), no alcohol is permitted on the vehicle under any circumstances.
- Party Bus Limo Dallas does not provide alcohol. Passengers are responsible for their own consumption.
- Glass bottles are discouraged; breakage fees apply.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a trip if a passenger endangers themselves or others.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, vaping, and use of any tobacco or cannabis products is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. A $300 deodorization fee applies if this policy is violated.
Vehicle Capacity
Passenger counts may not exceed the stated maximum capacity for each vehicle. Overloading a vehicle is illegal and dangerous.
Damage and Cleaning
- Clients are responsible for damage caused by passengers to the vehicle interior, exterior, or equipment.
- Excessive cleaning required after a rental (vomit, spilled beverages) will incur a cleaning fee of $250–$500 depending on severity.
- Damage to screens, lighting, sound equipment, or fixtures is billed at replacement cost.
Limitation of Liability
Party Bus Limo Dallas is not responsible for: delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside our control; personal property left in or lost from our vehicles; injuries resulting from a failure to comply with safety instructions; or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for that rental.
