This notice is provided pursuant to the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), effective July 1, 2024. It supplements our Privacy Policy with disclosures specific to Texas residents.

- Event details: event date, occasion type, passenger count, pickup location
- Communications: messages submitted through forms or by phone
- Usage data: anonymized web analytics not linked to individual identity
Purposes of Processing
We process personal data solely to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, confirm bookings, and improve our website. We do not use personal data for targeted advertising.
Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Sensitive Data
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data as defined under the TDPSA.
Your Rights as a Texas Resident
Under the TDPSA, Texas residents have the right to:

- Access a copy of your personal data we hold
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Delete personal data you have provided to us
- Obtain a portable copy of your data
- Opt out of targeted advertising or data sale (we do not engage in these activities)

Appeals
If we decline your request, you may appeal by contacting us directly. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General office.
